EMBEDDED

The night has shifted...

The dawn of day draws near

The pieces of my brokenness slowly merge

To reconstruct what is left of what once was wholeness

Tears mingled with regrets

Bitter sweetness

Stirs the hope of love

A longing for tenderness

Affections unknown

A spoken word

The kindness in your loving eyes

My parched soul longs for you

Fountain that gives life

Stream that washed the troubled soul

That releases the burdened

Hope whispers faith's survival

I need you

Come to me

I'm knelt beneath your grace

Like a flower tossed by the aggression of the wind

Battered...

Stripped of its coverings

Naked

Yet rooted

In hopes of the beginning of Spring

I stand...

Rooted...

Believing in love

Believing in you

Bishop B.T. Gage's New Year's Message- New Year, New Mind, New Man

NEW YEAR’S MESSAGE

To be granted the privilege of seeing the dawn of a new year is indeed an act of the Lord.  There have been so many setbacks and so many near misses but the Lord has been good to Israel.

The year 2015 must not be just another ordinary year, so for AJAN Fellowship, this year is a year of transformation and seeking after God.  Our mantra for this year is “New Year, New Mind, New Man”.

I believe that we need a revolution in our minds, our hearts and lives and if we ought to be successful, the church cannot remain the same.  A paradigm shift is needed because there must be more that exists than this life and there is so much more at stake.

We have to become radical against sin, radical in our thinking and radical for the things that concern God and radical in our praise.  The kingdom of darkness and the prince of the air must not be allowed to have free reign over the over the sons of men unopposed.

As God’s army we must be prepared to fight because our survival depends on us winning this war.  There must be a revolution like never before.

The church must change so that the demonic influence can be overturned.  If the church does nothing, then this world will go to destruction very quickly.  The church is empowered to change this world but we have to live for God.

It will not be easy but with God we can do valiantly.  Despite what 2015 brings, hold on to God, He is our source, He will come through for us in due season.  It is a new season and the Lord promises to do a new thing if we stay in his will and cling to his promises.

It is my prayer that every believer of the Most High God be risen up and resolute in their spirits so that we can overcome the enemy.

May the Lord bless us as we seek after and work for Him.
